I recently had my second yearly visit to see Dr. Bernas for my annual Medicare wellness screening. The first time that I met with Dr. Bernas we reviewed all of the medications and supplements that I was taking. I have some health issues and I see some specialists but they don’t have the time to go through the day-to-day of my life, including diet, sleep, medications, supplements etc. I also learned on my first visit that I was taking one of my medications incorrectly and it ended up causing terrible symptoms that were only relieved by reducing the medicine by 25 mg twice
